Macroconsult has significant experience in designing and evaluating social programs and social-investment projects, developing project related logical framework analysis, conducting baseline surveys,  monitoring programs, evaluating  their economic and social impact, as well as conducting standard-of-living studies—poverty, social exclusion and labor market—and formulating public policies on poverty reduction and alleviation.

In addition, it has provided important consulting services through another of our companies, Macrogestion, on issues related to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public sector organizations, mainly in the areas of strategic planning for local and regional development, technical assistance on institutional strengthening, and the study and development of public policies that promote Government modernization.

Through these services it seeks to promote sustainable growth, together with the other relevant actors involved, and encourage synergies among the public sector, private sector and civil society.
